HOW TO ORDER:

I. Read the Terms and Conditions and fill up the Order Form found on the pinned tweet.
II. You will receive a confirmation email for your order.
III. Proceed to payment. Please be mindful of the the deadline.
IV. For onhand items, you may also order on shopee however, prices are relatively higher due to the transaction and service fees.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please make sure that you read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you order. Please be 100% sure that you can wait before you submit the Order Form.

DEFINITION OF TERMS:
PRE-ORDER - items are not yet on hand and may not be available upon posting. Some items may take 4-6months before the shops release the items to the CN warehouse.ONHAND - items are with me, unpacked, sealed or unsealed.PRE-SALE - items are same with pre-order however, it may take months before the release of the items.ISF - international shipping fees plus CN/KR warehouse fees or air/sea cargo shipping feesLSF - local shipping fees, delivery from my address (Quezon City) to yours.
ORDERS:
No cancellation of orders will be allowed for whatever reason. Order only if you can wait and if you are 100% sure.Please be responsible buyers and pay on time.Payment will ensure that you will be able to secure the item. Some items tend to be out of stock or with limited quantity.DM us if you have personal requests/pasabuys and we'll try to help you provide a quote.We don’t tolerate bogus buyers and RUDE buyers. It makes us extremely sad when people take advantage of our kindness so please don’t.
PRICES:
the price of the item includes the product price + card fees + shipping fee to CN warehouse + warehouse fees.prices doesn’t include the international shipping fee (air/sea cargo fees) + local shipping fee from my address to your home.prices are deemed final unless otherwise stated due to sale or discount on shops.Kindly refrain from complaining about the price since this is low profit. If you think the price is too expensive, feel free to visit other shops who also cater pasabuys.Prices posted on shopee are relatively higher than the price posted on the twitter shop due shopee’s transaction + service fees.
PAYMENT TERMS:
There will be two rounds of payment:
First payment - product price postedSecond payment - ISF and LSF
I. Deadline of Payment (DOP) -
For personal requests, it will be 15 days after submitting the order form.For ISF and LSF, 7 days after I posted the amount.
II. Automatic Cancellation of Orders:
Failure to pay the first payment on the deadline and 7 days after the notice was given, will result to automatic cancellation of your order/s.Failure to pay any remaining balances (lsf and isf, other balances) 15 days after the notice was given, means your order is cancelled. No refunds will be given and you will be prohibited from ordering again.
III. Mode of Payment
We accept the following modes of payment:

IV. Payment Forms
First Payment - After payment, fill up the payment form corresponding to the mode of payment you used. Payment forms will be included on the confirmation email you will received after submitting the order form.(ISF + LSF) - payment form will be posted along with the calculation of the ISF and LSFThere will be no confirmation email after submitting the payment forms. No DMs after the deadline means we already received your payment.
V. Always keep screenshots of your payment that includes the reference number and amount.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CN to PH)

We will not be liable for any lost and damaged items after shipment since it is beyond our control. In case of lost or damaged items, we will send notices, however, we will NOT provide refunds.There are instances that the items will arrive on PH: unsealed, with dents, with scratches, broken (for fragile items) and with defects. There are also instances that the shop will ship the wrong item/variation/color. This is based on experience.Please order at your own risk.For now, we will be using sea cargo since this is cheaper. We will limit the acceptance of sensitive and fragile items for now.There are also instances that the customs will held the package for inspection. We absolutely cannot control on how long they will keep the parcels.Usual ETA of items:A) We ship from our CN warehouse to PH WEEKLY.
B) Shipping thru SEA CARGO takes 3-4 weeks.
C) Items on pre-sale may take 4-6 months to arrive. You may ask the admins when is the target release dates.
D) Please be patient. Think twice before you order if you cannot wait.

LOCAL SHIPPING (PH TO YOUR ADDRESS)

We will send notices to everyone when your package is ready for shipping to your home. You may choose from the allowed modes of delivery/shipping:

1. Third-party courier (pick-up on my address) - you may book grab/lalamove/mr. Speedy same day delivery (instant) upon go signal that your package is ready. Pick-up will be during Saturday and Sunday only.
2. Shopee Checkout - for small items only. Checkout the P20 box and pay for the shipping fee thru the app.
3. Gogoexpress - 80 to 210 pesos for Metro Manila. You may get a quote on the GGX app if you know the size of your items.
4. Other couriers - dm us if you have any suggestions.

REMINDERS:

A) Again, we will not be liable for lost and damaged items after the parcels were picked-up. Kindly coordinate with the courier for your concerns.
B) Please rate us five stars if you choose shopee checkout. Ratings do help the shop a lot.
C) For boxed or bulky orders, these will be automatically shipped thru gogoexpress or third party courier.
D) We can consolidate your items for you but only if you have a pending order that will arrive from the next batch.
E) No rush shipping please.
